Executive Chairman
  • Mr Sha Guangwen is Executive Chairman of the Company. He provides leadership to the Board and sets overall business strategy and planning to the Group. Mr Sha also sits in the Board of London Asia Capital PLC and Devotion Energy Group Limited as Non-Executive Director and chairs the Board of Rockstead Capital Private Limited, a boutique investment and fund management firm. Prior to taking up his current position as Executive Chairman, Mr Sha was Executive Director and CEO of the Company. Before joining the Company, he was Executive Director of Asia Water Technology Ltd, a company listed in Singapore Stock Exchange. In addition, Mr Sha possesses many years of experience in company operating, fundraising and investment. In the course of his careers, he was appointed by various companies to oversee their operations. His past appointments saw him in positions as General Manager of Hainan Aisino Investment Co Ltd and Heilongjiang Longdian Investment Co Ltd, Deputy General Manager and subsequently General Manager of Yangpu Tianhe Taifu Investment Co Ltd, and also Chief Executive Officer of Hainan Bingang Real Estate Investment Co Ltd. As of to-date, he no longer holds any executive roles in these companies. Mr Sha holds double degrees in Economics and Literature from Heilongjiang University of Commerce and Harbin Normal University respectively.

Executive Director And Chief Executive Officer
  • Mr Tian Aimin is Executive Director and CEO of the Company. He is overall management of the Group and its subsidiaries. Prior to his current position as Executive Director CEO, Mr Tian was Executive Vice President of the Company and he was Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Nari Technologies Co Ltd and Changzhou Suyuan Electric Power Co Ltd. His previous career stints also include working as an investment manager in Shenzhen Tianhe Taifu Investment Co Ltd and a software architect in Harbin Industrial University Industrial Information System. Mr Tian, who was formerly a lecturer in Harbin Industrial University, holds a Bachelor Degree in Management System and Master Degree in Management Information System from Harbin Industrial University.

  • Mr Li Tianfei is Executive Director of the Company. He was formerly President of the Company. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Heilongjiang Electric Power Co Ltd, a company listed in the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He has over 30 years experience in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") Power industry, including Daqing Xinhua Power Plant and Harbin No. 3 Power Plant. Mr Li received his Master of the Science Degree in Technical Economic from Harbin institute of Technology.
Zhao ShuhengZhao Shuheng

  • Mr Zhao Shuheng is Non-Executive Director of the Company. He was formerly Executive Vice Chairman of the Company. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Heilongjiang Province Power Bureau. Mr Zhao has over 30 years of experience in the management and operation of power plant in PRC and was conferred a professorship in power technology. In addition to that, he has also won various accolades from the state for his outstanding contribution to the PRC power industry. Mr Zhao obtained his Bachelor Degree in Power Technology (Major in Thermodynamic Systems) from Chongqing University, PRC.

  • Mr Ng Fook Ai, Victor is Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of the Company. Victor is founder and Executive Chairman of New Asia Assets, an Asian headquartered investment company focused on investing in Greater China. Victor has been investing in Asia for over 20 years, and in China since 1996. With experience across a range of industry sectors, he has particular expertise in the energy, water and clean technology fields. Victor has founded and managed a number of China focused funds, including China Growth Opportunities, a £50 million UK listed fund that focuses on private equity investment in China. He is a Non-Executive Chairman of Singapore listed Devotion Energy Group Ltd, a clean energy equipment business. He is a former Principal with KPMG Singapore. Victor holds B.Sc (Econs) and M.Sc (Econs) from London University. He was awarded the PBM (Community Services) for his social contributions by the President of the Republic of Singapore in 1992.

  • Mr Joseph He Jun is Independent Director of the Company. Joseph co-heads the China Practice and is a Partner in both the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions and the Equity Capital Markets Practice.
  • His main practice areas are corporate finance, equity capital market, foreign investment in the PRC, mergers and acquisitions and property development in the PRC.
  • Transactions of significance which Joseph has been involved in include acting for a Singapore Consortium to develop Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city in Tianjin, China; acting for Raffles Education Ltd ("REC") in its acquisition of Oriental University City Development Co Ltd in Oriental University City, Langfang, Hebei Province for the consideration of S$390,000,000 (RMB2,000,000,000), thus turning REC into the biggest foreign education provider in China; acting for Ascendas Pte Ltd in relation to its joint venture with Hangzhou Economic Development Area General North Co, a PRC government-linked company, to develop a S$700 million information technology park, which is the group's first development project in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province in PRC; Parkway Holdings Ltd ("PHL"), in its acquisition of a 60% stake in the World Link chain of clinics operating in Shanghai, PRC, for over US$43 million, via the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Medical Resources International Pte Ltd by PHL's wholly-owned subsidiary Parkway Group Healthcare Pte Ltd, from Hong Kong-incorporated WorldLink Medical Systems Ltd.
  • Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Yunnan University (PRC) and obtained Masters of Law from both China University of Politics and Law in Beijing and McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (US). He was also a Visiting Scholar at the School of Law, Columbia University (US) from 1990 to 1991. Joseph is admitted to the Bar of the PRC.
